“I hired Elder Home Care to help me taking care of elder friend, who has a dementia. I have tried using other senior care organizations before, but Elder Home Care has been the best to accommodate my friend’s needs. My friend doesn’t like to meet many new people, but she loves her caregiver Angela. Angela goes to see her during week and I go to see her during weekend. I now have a great team mate taking care of my friend. When my friend fell recently, and was struggling on the floor of her apartment, Angela, who was at the door trying to visit her, felt something not right and called ambulance. She literally saved my friend’s life. My friend is now in the skilled nursing facility, and still asking Angela to come see her which she’s been doing. I would like to thank all the staff that helped me get help for my mother. I really didn’t know anything about how to get her help. The representatives of this organization assisted me immediately and found someone to assist my mother after her knee replacement and were available when she needed assistance at home. I live in North Carolina and am so very appreciative that they did all this by phone to help me and my mother who lives in Amityville, NY.
