Ann Lettieri has been in the home care industry for over 25 years serving different roles at both the Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHA) and the License Home Care Service Agencies (LHCSA). As the Administrator of Elder Home Care, she has the opportunity to apply her home care experience to assist families in every step of their home care journey. She has chosen to work in the home care industry as it brings her great joy to make a difference and positively impact a senior’s quality of life.
Ann says that the most rewarding part of her job is being able to experience a connection while working directly with each senior, their family, and our caregivers. She feels it is fundamentally important that each family has peace of mind and feels that their loved one is in the right caring hands. She truly enjoys being a part of that process from start to finish. She experienced this first hand while searching for home care services for her father – the elder care process is near and dear to her. She understands how important it is to keep seniors in the comfort of their homes and out of the hospital and/or nursing home.
